Raureif is a refreshing drink for gourmets, a high-quality filler for long drinks and a charming accompaniment to all kinds of food.

In the best kitchens of the world, verjus is used as a fine seasoning or as a histamine-free aperitif. This gave rise to the idea of mixing the unripe grape juice with selected berries and giving the refreshment more flavour.

After much experimentation, the perfect recipe was found: The finely tart rowan berry balances out the sweetness of the elderberry and the aronia berry must not be missing, if only because of its precious ingredients.
