Vertical Food is an online food delivery company launched in 2017 as Germany's first virtual restaurant chain. The company manages a technology-based infrastructure for building leading digital delivery restaurants. The entire process - from creative product development to centralised logistics - is handled in-house by the various locations. By using modern hardware and software solutions, it is possible to map all steps transparently and digitally. This not only enables the individual ordering, handling and delivery processes to be improved, but also a thorough understanding of dynamic consumer behaviour to be developed. Customers include stock corporations as well as medium-sized companies and hotels. In total, the company employs over 80 people from 16 different nations.
