Since 2016, Karl Severin Traugott, an 8th generation brewer, has been brewing seasoning sauces in his organic start-up in tranquil Wolkersdorf. With his flagship product, WienerWürze, he already won the "Organic Product of the Year" award in 2018. WienerWürze and its siblings, TirolerWürze, SalatWürze and SchoarfeWürze, have become indispensable in many kitchens and offer a balanced umami taste without any flavour enhancers or aromas. All seasonings are 100% Austrian, made from organic raw materials and vegan.
