Behind Pilzling are Vanessa, Christian, Trevor and Fabian, four people from Cologne by choice with a great enthusiasm for sustainability, urban development and smart solutions for the world of tomorrow.

About a year ago, we started growing gourmet mushrooms in the heart of Cologne-Ehrenfeld and have been learning ever since. We research, build, design and tinker with our farm together and otherwise cycle all over Cologne to collect coffee grounds week after week. We are grateful for our community and the productive exchange with our cooperation partners - and of course we have a big heart for our mushrooms!
