Healthy enjoyment is our goal

We love drinks with ginger - for pure enjoyment, but also for mixing great drinks and cocktails.

Ginger is simply our thing.

But the ingredient list of some drinks reads like the inventory list of a chemistry lab, plus too much sugar. Originally, we come from dentistry and could see on a daily basis what sugar can do. We are of the opinion that such things have no place in drinks and were looking for a solution. We wanted soft drinks with only the best, organically grown ingredients that also have as few calories as possible and satisfy our taste buds.

And so we put our hearts and all our passion into this project and Doc's Ginger was born - the idea of developing and brewing delicious, low-sugar drinks that are also organic and produced locally - always according to the motto: organic - local - healthy - delicious!
