We don't offer liver sausage or schnitzel based on meat products, but vegan alternatives we have created ourselves from seitan and lupine. These are free from artificial colours, preservatives and flavour enhancers. We produce our seitan specialities by hand - according to our own recipes and with ingredients from organic farming. We use various herbs and spices as well as different vegetables and selected vegetable oils for our fried strips, burger patties, cold cuts, sausages, medallions or our minced meat. Whether smoked, marinated, stuffed or classic: our product range is as diverse as your cooking ideas.
