For Milchwerke Schwaben, farmers are not only suppliers of the valuable raw material milk, but even co-owners of the entire dairy. This means that our company belongs to 900 milk suppliers who all have one thing in common: A passion for first-class dairy products! On average, our 191 employees produce 65,000 tonnes of yoghurt and dessert specialities, 5,000 tonnes of butter, 33,000 tonnes of cheese and 23,000 tonnes of milk and whey powder every year. Milchwerke Schwaben thus processes 410 million kg of milk and whey every year.
