LBC Bakery Equipment has been skillfully manufactured, carefully inspected and packaged to meet rigid standards of excellence.
LBC Bakery Equipment began manufacturing in 2001 as a North American distributor of bakery and food service equipment. We are now the supplier for one third of the top ten supermarket chains in North America. In 2008, we became a subsidiary of Sinmag Equipment Corporation, Ltd. of Taipei Taiwan. Sinmag began manufacturing in 1983 and is one of the fastest growing companies on the Taipei Stock Exchange. Our parent company is the largest bakery and food service equipment manufacturer in Asia and currently markets to Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America, with manufacturing locations in various countries.
We design and market equipment specifically for the North American market, with safety and sanitation approvals for both US and Canada. At LBC, we continue to innovate products for this market as well as new equipment for the food service and baking industry.
We are one of the leaders in rack oven energy conservation, with both single and double rack ovens that save thousands of dollars per year in energy costs versus older equipment and some of our competitors' products. New designs in controls for ovens and proofers allow for continuous product improvement.
LBC has produced a number of custom sized proofers to fit into existing bakery operations at the highest standards. We have led in the area of energy cost reduction with the introduction of energy saving modifications to our gas rack ovens.
