Sloeberry Spirits Ltd.

Based at Northfield Farm, just outside Cold Overton on the Rutland/Leicestershire county boundary. Sloeberry Spirits use tradional methods to manufacture Melton Mowbray liqueurs. The liqueurs are made using fruit, much of which is handpicked from hedgerows in and around Melton Mowbray, then steeped in quality spirits, before being left for several months for the flavours to mature.
