Selection and marketing of highly characterful champagne of independent winemakers. Exporting champagne in Italy and US. The champagnes are sorted according to three levels of quality : grandes cuvées, millésimes and cuvées classiques. Then, subcategories, according to the dosage and then finally a classification according to grape variety. They are sorted by taste criteria. We at Fier ce Fit have a clear idea of what we are after in terms of wines. All the wines sent to us by the producers carry a fier ce fit inset and our back label. With this inset and the repertory organised on wine styles, we are building our own tailor made service concept, from the vineyard to the client's glass.
