Three Mushketeers

We are specialized in producing savory ingredients for food companies to make tastier plant-based food. Our unique value proposition is to mask off-flavors of plant-based ingredients and bring deep, rich savory flavor while utilizing food cultivation by-products, particularly from mushroom cultivation in our initial stages. We have tested our first ingredient prototype with consumers (who gave us overwhelmingly positive feedback) and with an industrial partner. Based on the learnings from those tests, we are now perfecting the prototype and preparing for further testing in the near future.
