SOREMA has developed a range of essential bakery equipment for the preparation of dough , allowing the baker to control the temperature for quality products . The SOREMA water cooler fits perfectly in the bakery above the kneader with a wall hook or a 4-foot-high frame adapted to the model of kneader. Dough preparation is also optimized thanks to the water dispensers designed by SOREMA : volume programming, temperature adaptation with hot water mixing. The mixture in the kneader is thus perfect and regular.

Our expertise in bakery and refrigeration equipment has also enabled us to develop steam condensation solutions for electric ovens , which facilitates oven installations even in premises where external ducting would be impossible.
