A particular highlight at BrauBeviale 2014 will be the electrolysis system Dulco®Lyse by ProMinent

A particular highlight at this year's BrauBeviale will be the electrolysis system Dulco®Lyse. As a smart further development of ECA technology, it cheaply produces a low-chloride, highly effective disinfectant on site from water, salt and electricity. Even under changing conditions, it delivers consistent quality with a constant FAC (Free Available Chlorine) content of 400 ppm. The extremely low chloride content is significantly below the level of comparable processes that often contain more than 20 times as much chloride.

Efficient and safe disinfection

The highlights of the new chlorine dioxide system Bello Zon® CDLb for one or more points of injection include minimal space requirements, maximum cost-effectiveness and outstanding operational reliability. It produces a chlorine-free chlorine dioxide solution. An intrinsically safe process method, including the sealed transport of gas, guarantees outstanding operational safety. The innovative reactor design achieves an outstanding efficiency of up to 99 percent.

Disinfect with minimal use of chemicals

The Heidelberg-based manufacturer guarantees extremely precise metering volumes with minimal use of chemicals with its compact range of ready-to-use metering systems. These systems are individually tailor-made for customers to perform specific metering tasks depending on their application, either as basic or fully-equipped units.

Convincing measurement technology

Another highlight is the new multi-parameter controller DULCOMETER® diaLog DACa, which uses intelligent control functions to close the control circuit between DULCOTEST® sensors and metering pumps. Sensors from 14 freely selectable measured variables can be connected per channel.
