Oculyze announces latest technological innovation for BrauBeviale 2018
The company Oculyze, a spin-off of the Technical University (TH) Wildau and the world's leading platform for mobile image analysis, announced today that it will participate in the upcoming BrauBeviale trade fair, which will take place from 13 to 15 November 2018 in Nuremberg. BrauBeviale is the world's largest capital goods fair for the beverage industry and in particular one of the most important European trade fairs for the production and marketing of beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Oculyze, together with several other young German companies that are part of an exclusive association of exhibitors, will exhibit innovative products and processes for the beverage industry in the Innovation made in Germany pavilion.
Announcing the participation, Kilian Moser, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Oculyze, said:

Kilian Moser
Oculyze
"As a young and innovative German biotech company, we are delighted to participate again in BrauBeviale, where we won our first customer in 2016. My co-founders and I created Oculyze with the vision to provide automated image analysis for everyone everywhere. With the launch of our first product, Oculyze BB (Better Brewing), we took a big step in the right direction.
Oculyze BB is a hardware-software combination that allows breweries to determine the concentration and viability of their yeast in less than a minute. The system is also significantly faster and less expensive than competing products, reducing the cost of reusing yeast by thousands of dollars per year and helping to maintain consistent taste and quality of beer.
In the past year we have been working on the further development of our technology, adding many new features. We will use BrauBeviale as a platform to launch our next innovation. I believe the show will be a great opportunity for us to interact with like-minded, innovative people and organisations and look forward to sharing our novel product with the brewing industry".
Andrea Kalrait, Event Manager of BrauBeviale, commented on the 2018 edition as follows:
"We are very pleased that so many young and innovative companies from Germany are taking the opportunity to exhibit 'Innovation made in Germany' in the pavilion. BrauBeviale is the world's largest capital goods fair for the beverage industry this year and therefore the best platform to present your new products - especially if they are as innovative and interesting for the brewing industry as the Oculyze device and technology. This is what BrauBeviale stands for: the central platform for the beverage industry, where you can discuss ideas and develop solutions in an inspiring atmosphere. We wish all companies a successful participation at this year's BrauBeviale!
